This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional to oversee financial operations, improve reporting processes, and provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring financial compliance, managing budgets, and supporting business growth through effective financial planning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and statutory requirements.
- Prepare management accounts and board reports.
- Oversee audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.
- Manage finance team performance and development.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial controls and business efficiency.
REQUIRMENTS
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial systems experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
