KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement financial strategy.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Provide strategic financial advice to the Board.
- Oversee all financial reporting and compliance activities.
- Manage financial risk and corporate governance.
- Lead and develop the finance department.
- Drive business performance through financial analysis.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and investment decisions where required.
REQUIRMENTS
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
- Proven experience as a Finance Director or Senior Financial Leader.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing large finance teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
